Story

Hello, my name is Tracy and I am the owner/Chef of Veast. For me Veast stands for A Vegan Feast. The idea is to enjoy a 2 or 3 course restaurant quality meal in the comfort of your own home without the stress of cooking.

Let Veast do the cooking for you! Our menu is prepared with passion to a high standard, from making our own smoky/spicy seitan chorizo to delicious dark chocolate marzipan stuffed truffles. All meals shall be fully cooked and ready for you to enjoy.

  • SWEET CHILLI CRISPY FRIED TOFU POCKETS
    Crispy fried tofu chunks with homemade chilli pepper jelly, miso mayonnaise, salad leaves, sliced tomatoes and pickled red onion slices

  • CONFERENCE PEAR, MIXED LEAVES & TOASTED ALMOND SALAD
    A light and fresh winter salad with juicy pear slices, toasted almonds and shaved vegan cheese on a bed of mixed leaves and drizzled with a lemon, creme fraiche dressing

  • COMFORTING COTTAGE PIE TOPPED WITH “BUTTERY” ROOT VEG MASH
    Rich and hearty for those winter evenings. This vegan mince, green lentil and mushroom cottage pie topped with buttery root vegetable mash and crispy fried leeks won't disappoint.
  • CANDIED SEASONAL CARROTS
    Sweet carrots steamed and then candied with maple syrup and paprika
  • STEAMED FRESH VEGETABLES
    A mixture of lovely winter green vegetables simply steamed to lock in their maximum flavour.
